Account Profile Deletion

Follow the steps below to delete your account profile incase of any fraud or issue arises.

Steps to delete your account profile

  • a request should be made to contact center for profile deletion providing account number and username.
  • The account number will be used to search the system validating the supplied username.
  • If correct, the username will be used to delete the users device information(like the brand, os version, device name and platform) in our system, thereby restricting user access to the app.
